All rates listed below effective as of April 2021.

Short-Term Rates*

Include accommodation for: 1 RV (2002 or newer), 1 auto & 2 guests per RV.
Rates include water, sewer, electric & applicable taxes.
Duration Rate
Daily Rate ( Max 6 days ) $55.00
Weekly Rate ( Max 3 weeks ) $275.00
Monthly Rate ( Max 30 days ) $625.00
Additional Guests
( Children under 2 years FREE )		 $3.00 / day   $21.00 / week   $90.00 / month
Additional Vehicle
( If space is available )		 $5.00 / day   $35.00 / week   $90.00 / month
  • Check-in between 9AM – 7PM. NO arrivals after these hours.
  • Stays extended beyond the original reservation will be charged at the corresponding scheduled rate. Extra days will not be prorated at the lower rate.

Extended Stay Rates

At the conclusion of 30 Day Registration on above schedule,
Month-to-Month Rental Agreement may be offered (based upon availability).
Rates include Water, Sewer, and Garbage. Metered Electric charged separately.
Maximum 2 persons per RV unit on extended stay plan.

  • Application/Credit Check/Rental Agreement Required for Extended Stay
  • Extended Stay Guests must provide a 30-day written notice to terminate residency to be eligible for refund of the security deposit.
